Liftally is a workout tracking and training support app. You may use Liftally to record workouts, review training history, generate training recommendations, and use related fitness features.

Liftally provides workout tracking, training insights, and AI-powered recommendations for informational purposes only. Liftally does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Exercise involves risk. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing a fitness program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or other health concern.
AI-Powered Recommendations
AI-powered features may generate workout suggestions based on the information you provide. These recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your individual circumstances.
You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and deciding whether they are appropriate for your training, experience level, equipment, and health status.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Liftally may offer optional paid subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple under your App Store account settings.
Subscription features and pricing may change over time. Any available trial, promotional offer, or subscription benefit will be shown in the app or App Store before purchase.
User Content and Data
You retain responsibility for workout logs, profile information, leaderboard submissions, and other content you add to Liftally.
If you submit leaderboard or community content, you agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content. Liftally may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or harms the app experience.
Third-Party Services
Liftally may rely on trusted third-party services, including Apple services, Firebase services, and cloud-based AI providers, to provide app functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
Availability and Changes
Liftally may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Liftally after updates means you accept the revised terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liftally is provided as is and without warranties of any kind. Liftally is not responsible for injuries, training outcomes, data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from your use of the app.
